The Surf Rock Hotel has been an institution on Sydney's northern beaches for over 20 years. In 2004 the Surf Rock Hotel on Collaroy Beach closed its doors to undergo major redevelopment of the old site. Publican Brian Adams had a dream to design and build a modern contemporary beachside hotel and café to cater for locals and visitors alike. This state of the art venue showcasing Australia's best surfing memorabilia ever collected reopened in March 2005.
